Our Professional Serviced in Elderly Person-Centered Care

The World Health Organization has defined the Person-Centered Care is as “empowering people to take charge of their own health rather than being passive recipients of services.” Basically, regarding the elderly care, the Person-Centered Care encourages elderly and their families to have right and strong voice in their own decision making for the services provided, which is included in health and social care, and personal care as well. So there are four important principles in person-centered care required:

  • 1 Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect;
  • 2 Provide coordinated care, support, and treatment;
  • 3 Offer personalized care, support, and treatment;
  • 4 And enable service users to recognize and develop their strengths and abilities to ensure their living independently and having a fulfilling life.
