In November 2008, Wang completed the special education and training in the United States, which was conducted by the "American National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners-NCCDP”, a global leader in Dementia Education and Certification for Healthcare Professionals. Since then,Wang has becomean American Certified Alzheimer's Disease Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT) and Certified Dementia Care Practitioner (CDP), and a geriatric professional specialized in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.

In the United States, only professional specialists who have obtained CADDCT and CDP can be qualified to provide Alzheimer’s and Dementia care education and training for all professionals in healthcare, such  nurses and social workers, with the latest, unique professionalknowledge and care skills. These related professionals include doctors, licensed professional nurses and nurse assistants, nurses, social workers, psychologists, pharmacists, gerontologists, case managers, and caregivers, also, the patient’s family members in the community.

At present, there are only professionals who have rich practical experiences in various elderly care can obtain theDementia Care certificates after the further education and training.The number of professionals who hold these certificates in the United States is still very limited.
